My stay at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort was a mix of amazing views and a few hiccups. The ocean view suite was spacious and the amenities like the spa bath on the balcony were luxurious. However, the service had some inconsistencies, especially concerning our included perks, and the stairs can be quite daunting for those not prepared. Overall, it's a relaxing hideaway, but there are areas for improvement.

The ocean view suite was huge and very comfortable, featuring a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a jacuzzi. However, I noticed some maintenance issues, like scratches and a clogged bathtub, which detracted from the luxury experience.
Service

Most of the staff were friendly and attentive, but there were moments where they seemed unsure about our package inclusions, which caused some confusion during our stay.
Location

The resort's location is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, but the distance from the main road and the many stairs can be a workout, especially after dining at the restaurants below.

Dining options were excellent with a great variety. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the meals at Sea Salt Fire were delicious, but prices were on the higher side, as expected in such a resort.
Facilities

The facilities offered a fantastic spa and a lovely infinity pool, though accessing them involved navigating a lot of stairs, which might not suit everyone.

My stay at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort was quite the mixed bag. The stunning views and warm, friendly staff truly stood out, yet there were several issues with room maintenance and some unexpected disturbances. While the dining experience was mostly enjoyable, I found the prices to be higher than what I'd expected. Overall, it was nice, but not without its flaws.

The Ocean View Suite was spacious and had lovely sunset views from the balcony. yet it needed some updates, with signs of wear and broken amenities. The outdoor area could also use some attention, especially with the cleanliness of the hot tub and the presence of mosquitoes.
Service

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always eager to assist. but there were times when communication could have been clearer, particularly regarding room issues.
Location
6.0
Anantara's cliff-edge location is amazing with great ocean views. although it felt quite remote and getting around required some planning. A shuttle service would have been helpful.
Dining

Dining at the resort featured a mix of local and Western cuisines. but I found some meals rather average and the prices steep compared to other 5-star establishments in Bali.

The resort had nice amenities such as a pool and spa. but I felt some areas, like the pool deck, needed upkeep and entertainment options were limited.

I had an lovely stay at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort. The views of the Indian Ocean were amazing, and the infinity pool was definitely the highlight. While the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, I did notice that some areas felt a bit outdated and could use a little sprucing up. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return.

My ocean view room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring an outdoor jacuzzi where I could sip drinks while enjoying stunning sunsets. However, I found that some of the room accommodations lacked privacy as other guests could easily see into my pool area.
Service

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything during my stay. They helped me book surfing sessions and provided helpful advice on local transportation options.

This resort is set in a more secluded part of Uluwatu, away from the hustle and bustle, offering a tranquil environment. Though it's a bit of a trek to get to Seminyak, I enjoyed the peace and quiet along with the gorgeous views.
Dining

Breakfast had a great spread with many options, but I felt some dishes could be more really good considering the price. However, the restaurants had lovely ocean views, which made up for it.
Facilities

The resort's facilities were mostly great, especially the infinity pool and the spa services. I did notice that the gym equipment was pretty minimal, which could be improved, but overall it was a lovely place to unwind.

While I enjoyed my stay at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort, it was a mixed experience. The stunning views and my spacious oceanfront suite were highlights, but the renovation noise and some service inconsistencies were disappointing. I appreciated the friendly staff and their efforts, but the dining options were somewhat limited at times. Overall, it was a nice trip, though I felt it could have been better for the price I paid. 🌊🏨

My stay at Anantara Uluwatu was a mixed experience. While the views from my room were stunning, and the staff were friendly and attentive, I faced several issues including persistent renovation noise and cleanliness concerns in the room. The dining options were decent, but I expected more from a resort of this caliber considering the price. 🌅
